Coates Kokes is a certified B Corp and one of Portland's most established strategic communications agencies, with over four decades of work in the cause and nonprofit space. Their campaigns address some of Oregon's most critical public health and education initiatives — work that demands precision, sensitivity, and a production partner who can deliver under tight timelines.
They needed a post-production collaborator who could integrate seamlessly with their creative team — someone who understood the tone and stakes of public sector work and could take raw footage from concept to final delivery without losing the message along the way.
Fraction serves as a post-production resource for Coates Kokes, providing editing and color grading across several of their public sector campaigns — including work for 988 Oregon, AETC Oregon, Oregon Department of Education, Family Connects Oregon, Rethink the Drink, and Oregon Open Enrollment.
We work closely with the agency's creative team, taking their vision and footage through the edit suite to deliver polished final content that meets both the agency's standards and the compliance requirements of their public sector clients. It's a collaborative relationship built on trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to work that matters.
